C. Chevre d'Aquitaine Herve Mons
This small size traditional tome style cheese, is made with goat's milk grazing lush pastures. The white paste is smooth and nearly soft. The taste is slightly tangy but light and sweet. Matured my affineur Herve Mons, it's a favourite.
