Ryan follows paddock to plate principles and only uses outdoor raised, pastured and free-range meat from certified organic and certified biodynamic farms in NSW.
Broomfields pies last 5 days in the fridge and freeze really well.
Best cooked from chilled in a preheated oven at 200 for 20 minutes or from frozen at 180 for 45 minutes.
