When do you deliver? We deliver as per scheduled runs. Checkout our delivery areas & conditions page for more info.

Can I order from a farmers market that isn't in a 10km radius from me? We are doing our own delivery as not all farmers markets are on board at this stage.

What are the delivery charges? We have no minimum ordering however we have a flat fee of $8 on all orders.

When is the cut off for my order? The cut off is Wednesday night 9pm for Saturday delivery or Thursday 9pm for Sunday delivery.

What if I'm not home? Is there an alternative delivery point? We do not have an alternative delivery point at this stage, but you can contact us and we will try to accommodate your delivery as best as we can.

What happens if there is a missing item? Unpack your box as soon as you receive it. We give customers 24 hours to bring up any issues.

What happens if I get the wrong product? Is there a return policy? Unpack your box as soon as you receive it, send us a photo. We give customers 24 hours to bring up any issues. As our products are fresh produce, we cannot accept returns. We will reimburse products’ costs to the card used for the payment.

How do I get reimbursed? We will reimburse products’ costs to the card used for the payment.

Is the delivery refrigerated? Yes - All products requirement temperatures control will be kept refrigerated with adhering to HACCP procedures (temperature records).

How do I know you follow the strict regulations against the Coronavirus? All the products come already packaged and sealed from the manufacturer. We use single-use cardboard boxes to pack all goods. All our boxes are packed in our cool room and staff wear gloves and masks to prevent any contamination. If a staff member is unwell, the staff member will not be authorised to work until cleared by a GP.

Are the products already portioned or can I request my own quantities? Products are packaged in the same they would have been at the market. If you need a specific size, please contact the market stall holder directly from the info on their page.

Are there going to be boxes already prepared? Will we know the content? Only the fruit and vegetables box are prepared in advance if you choose them. Please check what's inside when clicking on the product. Otherwise, you can build your own basket/cart using the stallholders product on our website.

Is the full range of products going to be available? We will try our best to keep a wide range and availability. In the case that a product ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to replace it by a similar product of the same or above quality or offer you a refund. If you are after a specific range from one of our stallholders, we encourage you to contact them directly.

Are you working with all the suppliers of that market? At this stage, we are only working with market stallholders that have jumped onboard. If you wish see a stallholder on the platform, please let them know about us and  let us know about them too and we will contact them to try and have them onboard.

Do you intend to extend to other markets too? This is not applicable at this stage as we are doing their own market run.

Can we pay COD? Unfortunately we are only taking payment via our platform.
