Naturally Falafel

Naturally Falafel began with Josline Coorey, Company Founder and Head Chef realising that it was near impossible to find a delicious, fresh falafel that the whole family could enjoy.

She set herself a goal to create Australia’s best tasting falafel – a goal which involved her traveling from Marrakesh to Tel Aviv. Josline met with locals and learnt the ancient secrets of spice mixing and falafel making and combined these traditions with her contemporary cooking expertise.

The result is what many consider to be the first falafel that is not only a joy to eat but ticks all the right boxes for flavour, nutrition & family convenience.
